When you play poker holdem you might be drawing to straights and flushes only in rare situations when your opponents are craps that do not know to play the game or it might be they are able to allow you to do so either for free or of course without having to pay too much. In strong tables though straights and flushes can still be made, a good quality opponent team might smartly block the cards towards a straight and flush draw or at least bluff they have done it already!
